Refund policy

If the item arrives damaged, please contact admin@nightowlships.com within 4 days of your package arriving. Include your Order Number in the subject line of the e-mail. Please include photos of the damage in your email. We will send you a new product upon your choosing, or issue you a refund. If you decide you would like a replacement, you will need to return the original item. The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
