Shipping policy

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 5 - 9 business days.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will send you your order tracking information with which you can follow your package and view the remaining shipping time.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please send an e-mail to admin@nightowlships.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Please be aware that these delivery times can become longer in times of natural disaster, weather, the holidays, supply & personage shortages, etc.

If you suspect your package of being lost, please contact us using the e-mail admin@nightowlships.com. We will reach out to the shipping carrier to investigate the location of your order. If your package is unable to be located we will help you make a claim with the carrier.
